Art for all Ages

Following our visits to the Ice Age Art exhibition at the British Museum, our obsession with Palaeolithic art continues.

Dr A has been reading Cave Art by Jean Clottes. Lavishly illustrated, Jean Clottes also provides an insightful and expert account of this subject.

It’s a wonderful picture book, with some detailed images of life in the Palaeolithic.

Plus, the main character grows up to become an archaeologist!
